Really friendly staff, allowed me to stay a couple of hours extra with no extra charge. Welcome drink on arrival and the breakfast was fantastic. Room was big and had great amenities, including Netflix which was a big bonus!

Breakfast - The breakfast buffet had quality options that would suit both eastern and western palattes. The eastern dishes, fruit and juices change daily which is nice. Shout out to the staff for making great coffee and omelettes how we prefer them. Facilities - 2 separate pools - one right in front of Bulabog beach with a bar and music, and a main pool in the middle of the property - well maintained, clean and lots of lounge chairs, with outdoor poolside showers to rinse off. Gym is decently sized, clean and had all the equipment necessary for a quick pump or cardio session. Rooms - spacious, modern, large fridge, comes with kitchen space and living room separate from bedroom - thoroughly enjoyed our room even though we barely spent time in there as Boracay had a lot to do and see with a 3 night stay. Nothing to fault here. Shuttle - great service from Aqua to DMall and back. Stressfree transport service from MPH to Aqua and back. Location - located on the eastern side of the island, Aqua resort was perfectly located for us. There is beachfront access a few metres across the road to Bulabog Beach which is always manned by hotel security. The best part about this is that you can wake up to easily catch the sunrise at Bulabog Beach with 0 crowd which was easily as beautiful as sunset on Puka or White sand or Diniwid. Aqua is also centrally located, with DMall and quality restaurants being a short 5-10 minute walk depending on speed. Staff - Staff were super helpful and accommodating from beginning to end. From MPH airport, to the pier and boat crew, the Qtchn staff, the security, front desk, shuttle drivers, and people who help maintain the stunning beach front property, everyone made us feel welcome and at ease. Staff were happy to provide recommendations and personal anecdotes which were appreciated and handled any and all of our requests like extra toilet paper, beach towels etc without a second thought.

The staff are very friendly and are very accommodating. They even let us leave our luggage before the check in time and even brought them into our room when we checked in. The facilities are great. We love the swimming pool and the hotel is just walking distance from everything.

I really enjoy Boracay, and this year, the weather was perfect our entire stay. Plenty of good places to stay, and we enjoyed meals at some of our favorites - Bistro des Amis, TGH The Grill, and we added a new favorite - the restaurant at Casa Pilar, where we were treated to some really lovely live music. The only thing that could have been better, and this wasn't the fault of any business or facility on the island, but quite a bit of seaweed was in the water this year. Other than that, it was perfect.

This was my third trip to Boracay, and I just love coming back! The white sand beach, that turquoise ocean water, and of course the yummy food, just keeps me wanting more! This was my son's first time (who turned seven during our trip) to Boracay really enjoyed the parasailing and just swimming in the ocean. The seafood was great and the variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and sweet shops that are available are amazing! Made it hard to choose! It's easy to get around using the etrykes that they have all over the island. Or just taking a walk on the beach was perfect!

Boracay is truly beautiful, especially the white sand beach and clear blue water it’s perfect for relaxing and taking photos. The sunsets were one of the best parts of the trip. However, some areas can get crowded, especially during peak hours. I recommend visiting early in the morning or late afternoon to fully enjoy the beach. We really enjoyed spending time at White Beach and exploring quieter areas of the island. The restaurants along the beach were great, especially for seafood and casual dining. Transportation was convenient with e-trikes available everywhere. Couples will enjoy relaxing walks by the beach, sunset views, and fun activities like snorkeling and boat tours.

My visit to Boracay was an excellent experience.

My visit to Boracay was an excellent experience. The island's beautiful white-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking sunsets made the trip truly memorable. The accommodations were comfortable, the food was great, and the locals were friendly and welcoming. The activities and attractions were well-organized, providing both relaxation and adventure. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway, and I highly recommend Boracay as a travel destination.

It was the best vacation place in my life time. It is amazingly pretty place. Sea is very clear. All beaches are absolutely beautiful and clean There are all kinds of water sports and activities. Beautiful night life.

Boracay is stunningly beautiful, so lovely that it mutes the massive tourist flows. The beach is super comfortable and it is full of families, so things are chill. Even the touts constantly trying to sell you stuff are not obnoxious. There are good water activities, but avoid the island hopping like plague, a total snoozefest.

Wonderful location right on the beach and right in the heart of the long stretch of beach bars and restaurants. The hotel bar is very inviting, breakfast good quality with good selection. Room was spacious and clean, staff very friendly and helpful, good wifi. Red Coconut was so good that if we ever return to Boracay we wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. But the best thing is the fabulous location, a wonderful place to stay when Boracay is your next Philippines island.

One of the best hotel in Boracay! Great service with the world famous Filipino hospitality. Perfect location, very close to the island’s attractions. Plenty of pools, great for relaxation. Checking in and out is a breeze plus room service is very prompt. You will see all smiles from the staffs wherever you go. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes. Highly recommended.

Ferra Hotel is in convenient location close to the main White Beach (10 min walk) and to the city center which offers market and many shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Through reception we have booked great massages, island tour and all our transport. 10/10 would recommend a stay here!
