Location is at the center of Bulusan.

Very quiet, surrounded by greens, peaceful. Nice rooms especially the suite. Two swimming pools (kids and adults), excellent maintained, with filtered and warm water. Dressing room with shower and CR by the pool. Beside the pool there are tables and chairs. In fact we had a coffee there with some friends who visited us. Well maintained alleys and parking place. Good European breakfast, as we ordered. Not included but worth for the money. And a good coffee at the end conversing with the owner. And the best, a very kind and attentive owner and nice staff. The European owner Michaly was very accomodating and our only regret was that we stayed too short.

Stafford, very accommodating and tentative to all our needs love the fact that the setting is very tropical and set back from the main road. The outdoor gazebo overlooking the fish pond is by far its best attribute.

The place was great — but the post-checkout experience was unnecessarily stressful. We genuinely enjoyed our stay. The peaceful surroundings, spacious common area, and the privacy of having the entire property to ourselves made it a memorable trip. During our stay, we brought two dogs with us. We understood this was a pet-friendly property, and while we may have missed some fine print in the policies, it was not clearly stated how much any pet charges would be. The dogs stayed only in the common areas (living and dining). Unfortunately, one of the throw pillows was damaged, likely chewed during the night. I proactively reported the damage to the staff, who advised me to report it online. I searched my confirmation email, found a contact number, and immediately reported the incident. I was instructed to pay Php 1,700 for the damaged item, which I settled before check-out via their online store. Then, two weeks later, I started receiving messages from the property still asking for payment — for both the damaged item and an additional pet fee. I wouldn’t have minded being contacted for payment verification or even clarification about pet charges. But what was frustrating was the tone of some of the messages, one of which I received between 9:54–9:57 AM, while I was assisting a customer at my shop. One message even said: “IF you do not cooperate, we will involve Booking.com for this.” That was completely unnecessary and frankly upsetting. Let’s be clear: 1. I was the one who initiated the report about the damage. 2. I paid the fee I was told to pay before check-out. 3. The listing only said “Pets may have a charge”, but gave no specific amount, unlike the clear extra fees listed for children. 4. The staff on-site saw the dogs and could have informed me of any charges during my stay. 5. I was made to feel as though I was trying to avoid responsibility, when in truth, I acted honestly and promptly.

Comfortable and it was a great location near the Mall of Asia.
