Pls allow me to commend the Microtel-CABANATUAN front desk personnel, specifically JANNA, SACHELYN and PATRICIA for their customer-centric services as they ensured that my request to take an early breakfast at 600am was dutifully followed by the Bistro personnel. By the time I walked into the restaurant at 605am, my FOUR [4] plated breakfast were all packed and ready to be picked up.

This was my 2nd time for a biz trip, and once again they didn't disappoint. The place was spotless, the AC was perfectly cold, and having Netflix and YouTube made it easy to unwind after work. I really appreciated being able to use the microwave, rice cooker, and washing machine too. They even gave me a free 1 hour extension coz of a last minute meeting, so I was able to check out at 1PM. Overall, it was the perfect spot for me and another amazing experience at The Loft.

Me and my partner love the place. The person who answered my first call was really nice (I think he is the owner). The staff are really nice too! The surroundings are really quiet so you'll surely have a great rest and sleep. Bathroom are clean. Shower have heater. They have free access to Netflix. Freezing air conditioning. Also we actually forgot about the free breakfast but we are surprised that they still deliver it even without requesting. Fast internet. Overall 10/10! This is now my first choice when staying in Cabanatuan.
