Well, we got stranded in Manila during typhoon and we couldn’t get through anywhere.. flood everywhere But Indigo Hotel made an exception for us until we made it After 3 days that we supposed to stay.

Our 4D3N stay was absolutely amazing! The staff were phenomenal—super sweet, always smiling, incredibly helpful, and greeted us every time we passed by. They really made us feel welcome. I requested a higher floor to fully enjoy my first visit to Albay and see the beauty of Magayon, and they approved it almost immediately after booking. When we arrived, they followed through without a hitch. Although the room initially had two single beds instead of the large queen bed I requested, the staff resolved it right away. They also promptly provided extra pillows and comforters we requested, all without extra charges! Breakfast was simple but delicious—classic Filipino dishes with excellent quality. I enjoyed it so much! For everything we experienced, the price was absolutely worth it. The service, comfort, and overall experience felt like such great value for what we paid. We even considered extending our stay due to Super Typhoon Pepito, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked on our last day. Despite that, the experience was fantastic, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Legazpi City!

I give this hotel a thumbs up. , the view was excellent although most of the time during our stay, it was cloudy and drizzling. The food was so delicious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I will stay at this hotel again.

Location is a big plus It’s near malls, restaurants, and attractions, making it convenient for short stays.

Breakfast was exceptional, sobrang sarap especially ang selection, worth the price and the coffee was superb.

Very pleasant stay with good food for breakfast, nice amenities friendly and helpful staff.

We checked in past midnight and we were still accommodated by the hotel.

It was so nice since breakfast was freshly made, and specially prepared it earlier than. their usual preparation time when we said that we have an earlier, schedule for the day

We brought our 2 pets with us and they even provided complimentary pet beds which I thought was a great gesture for guests that are bringing their pets

very nice location, very near at SM Legazpi, if you love walking for some light excercise
