Stay was amazing from check-in to check- out. Manager Gwen and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and provided very good customer service. They were always ready to assist with any queries and went the extra mile to personalize every request. We stayed as a group of four, and everything was well taken care of, making our experience even more enjoyable. The dinner served truly gave that island vibe fresh, and perfectly prepared. It’s also one of the best sunset spots after a long day of diving, such a perfect place to sit and relax. The atmosphere is very quiet, making ideal for peaceful complete relaxation.

The staff was so helpful! We told them our son was proposing, and they immediately jumped into action. Not only were they able to find a beautiful location, but they moved furniture and helped decorate, and they provided some of the decorations. They stood by and assisted during the proposal to take photos and help with anything that was asked of them for the proposal. I highly recommend the Limes hotel, and we will definitely go back next time we're in El Nido.

Very modern and beautifully designed. I even took a video of the bathroom, because I want to change my bathroom at home (and copy it).

Location and staff were superb

The property is very dirty and smells. Lots of insect roaming around . Staff doesn’t know how to take care the customer.

The room was beautifully curated and clean. The bar and pool by the resto also gave us a good space to chill and relax.

Calm , little boutique hotel, only 5 rooms . Right on the beach . Absolutely charming . Loved it

Waterfront room was exceptional

The hotel is clean and well maintained. They have free water which is very convenient. But location is just near the market too but it’s too crowdy. It’s not dirty and noisy as what other guests said. I booked this knowing it’s a basic hotel so can’t really complain. Staff were very accommodating too. They helped me with my luggages going to my room.

Property is clean. All the staff are reliable.

Fantastic location, walk to main centre, beach and canopy walk. Short taxi to Vanilla Beach. Staff are exceptional at everything they do, daily breakfast was fab! Not So Thai across the road is the best I’ve eaten outside of Thailand.

It has easy tuk tuk rides to el nido beach which is where you should go for the food and bars. The staff was kind and was able to arrange ferry tickets and tours.

great location, bigrooms, adequate facilities, friendly and helpful staff, especially the owners, willing to extend effort without getting tired, very unusual among hotel owners. it makes me feel at home in this place

What we loved the most about Focus Room was it staff. Followed by the location (out of the crowded area but close enough). It provides you clean water constantly, the ac works perfect. Highly recommended
