Everything was wonderful. The staff is the best j have ever seen.

I love the facilities almost everyting and everyone, except the poor lighting in the room. Some lights are not working, some plugs are not working too, Lampshed switches, no separate switch dedicated solely, Remote Control not working for the digi Box. Maintnenance personnel should check everything in the room everytime a guest may check in or check out to make sure everything is working properly.

Clean and well maintain property, friendly staff and accomodating

The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to fulfill all requests made. Wifi was fast. Had really great water pressure, rooms were clean. Was located close to all different choices of food places and had a restaurant downstairs. Certainly would stay here again

I highly recommend Mañana Hotel in Subic! The service was exceptional , the staff were always smiling, attentive, and very accommodating. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The hotel has a calm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Excellent resort 5star vip service at 3 star price

Obviously, a great manager here who knows how to run a hotel! The staff let us check in early and were so very kind and professional with sincere, nice smiles! Excellent breakfast with "real" coffee, not instant coffee like many hotels do here in the Philippines. Had in-room security safe included. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Stayed here 3 days and everything exceeded my expectations! Wonderful large room, so clean and comfy bed with lots of soft pillows. Nice balcony to stand outside and look at the mountains. The air conditioner worked to keep the room cool. Large clean bathroom with a nice, big tub. Great shower with hot water and strong water flow! Felt so welcome and appreciated here. The room was cleaned and replenished with amenities every day by very energetic, hard-working housekeeping gentlemen. Many hotels won't clean the room if staying multiple days, but here at Le Charme Suites, they give you their very best! I rarely rate hotels as good as this and would not say all this if it wasn't true. Definitely awesome value here and will come back next trip to Olongapo!

Quiet, friendly staff and beautiful view of the ocean

Location was what I was looking for. Room was great. Staff were good. Not overtly friendly like most smaller hotels but good. I wish I had a few more days to investigate the area.

This was my first visit to the Philippines. This hotel is located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Olongapo City. There is a pool and free breakfast was available at a little cafe next store. The hotel had WiFi as well. The room was clean and comfortable, but what stands out the most is the excellent customer service. Celine and Andrea were very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel offers very reasonable rates and is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping mall. Every staff member here was extremely helpful, with special mention to Ate Dorie, who was exceptionally nice and friendly. She went out of her way to assist us during our stay at this hotel, which we greatly appreciated!

I love how the property was close to all necessities and essentials. Their breakfast was unexpected and the staffs were so helpful and professional which made it superb!

Location, Service, Food and Staff. Worth the stay and the value for money. Hands up to the staff very accomodating and kind. 😊
