The location is amazing. You're on the beach, it's peaceful and relaxing. There's a place next door for partying. There's a lovely rooftop terrace. The host Gina is such an amazing, wonderful and kind person.

This place is a complete scam.

This place is a complete scam. I booked this resort for my parents 48th anniversary because it’s a bit closer to where they live and they didn’t wanna travel further, i looked at website and other things that they post, I thought it would be a perfect get away for my family for a day, of course I booked the place without having my sons approval he was in el nido that time. When I told him that I booked this hotel he immediately did some research and find out that there are some concerns about jelly fish that didn’t even disclose it in there website.. I thought it wouldn’t be right place for my whole family. Since it’s a nun refundable my brother in law just came back from abroad and didn’t wanna be bother with a bunch of kids he decided to take it over..it was a big disappointment, the room was dirty, there is no air condition in the bedrooms, and the living room air condition is not even working and he had to fix it.. the shower was broken, and it’s just such a horrible place.. on top of that, the property didn’t even wanna give them the room that I already paid for 8 pax. They gave them the room for 4 instead. For my understanding is I have paid that room already for a night it means I owned that room for a night.. the whole environment is completely opposite of what’s on their website. It’s a big scam.. I think they should burn or shut down this place.. and the people that works there told my brother in-law that I paid too Much for it. Very disappointed and I would not stop going into a social media to let people know how terrible this place is. It embarrassing.
