The place, proximity to the beach, the pool in the property,...

The place, proximity to the beach, the pool in the property, the beds are really good. Best view to watch sunset. Both rooms smell good, well air-conditioned, and the beds and linens are comfy. Ms. Theresa was very helpful on the phone and the caretaker Jack is nice and polite. We love the pool, and the changing pool lights. The onsite pool was very handy and was a sure hit especially for the kids. It could do more cleaning, the freezer was thick with stained ice and, the kitchen needs more cleaning too. The bathroom/shower room is clean but smells like medicine and has no exhaust fan. The upstairs bedroom lock is busted so we can't lock the door overnight.
