Location was fantastic and all staff were more than professional and very friendly, they could not work harder to make our stay more enjoyable. The property was very clean and beautifully designed, but what truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional customer service. We were in Tagaytay to attend my brother’s wedding at 3 PM and arrived early to avoid traffic. Although the standard check-in time is 2 PM, the staff kindly allowed us to check in at 12 PM at no extra cost so we could prepare for the event. Special thanks to CJ, the bellboy, who was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We also appreciate Jayson from the restaurant, who kindly allowed us to order cereals for our 5-year-old son even though it wasn’t normally offered during lunch. That extra effort meant a lot to us. We’re also grateful to the reception staff who helped us book our return trip to Manila via the Joyride app. Splendido is not only clean and well-maintained, the warmth and generosity of the staff made our stay truly memorable.
