The building is very new & clean, besides it is very near to the wharf/walking distance. Staff & hosts are very approachable & accomodable. If you are new travelers in Samal, you can rent their own car/motorcycle, & advised for nice beaches/ tourist area to visit. The place is worthy for the price.
