There are so many things to like from my personal experience. 1. First and foremost a big thanks to Sir Umer, he is a great host, his hospitality and responsiveness is rare to find anywhere. A well educated person who knows how to provide quality service to his guests. 2. Rooms were clean and hot water and wifi were available 3. Breakfast was good with a fantastic view on roof top 4. Mall road is on a walking distance from the hotel 5. Reasonable room rate

I came to attend a medical conference at bhurbhan and reserved this at last minutes considering only the distance factor., yet it turned to be a truly pleasant experience. They are just brand new setup, furniture is outclass, rooms are well furnished. Service needs a little bit of improvement in terms of speed. Complementary breakfast served at their large terrace exceeded the value for money factor. Not sure, when I visit this area next time, but this will be my first choice for sure.

The property was very nice. The mountain views from my room and the rooftop were spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful. The general manager was very engaging, friendly and generous during my stay. I had a great experience at the hotel.
