The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable — making us feel truly pampered. One late-night emergency had us needing something urgently from the city, and despite being short-staffed, the management didn’t hesitate to help, even arranging personal transport. That level of care is rare in our country to be honest The location? Simply unbeatable. Waking up to panoramic views of Rakaposhi, the glowing valley, and surrounding mountains was surreal. The ambiance of the resort is artistically curated, with every corner thoughtfully decorated and barcodes linking to artist stories — a beautiful touch. The rooms are ultra-modern and tech-forward, equipped with Google Home voice assistants in every room — a first for any hotel in Pakistan! The whole Eco cabin concept, the vibe with the nature, and all the amenities and good food you can think off are present at Magpie. And to top it all off, the lovely hosts Uncle and Aunty were just amazing. They gave us a free upgrade to the Luxury Cabin, and also gave us Eidi on Eid day. The conversations we had with them were just amazing. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would be coming here again and again! 10/10 recommended
