The rooms are very spacious and clean. The view from the window was worth the money. They have a hiking track also which we enjoyed with the kids. The food was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner included. A lot of variety in the buffet, especially the kashmiri dishes were fantastic.

The property was extremely well kept. It was really majestic and Osama was so hospitable. He helped us plan our days and was always available for queries and telling us about local enjoyments. The place itself felt like home. We were a family of 7 people with a baby and everyone was super comfortable. We really escaped the hustle bustle of the city and made core memories.

Its a nice City but temperature is on the higher side for...

Its a nice City but temperature is on the higher side for summers., gets better after rain. It can be the centeral place to stay for going to nearby sightseeing places. PC Muzzafrabad is very centrally located and is a good and comfortable hotel in the area with scenic valley amd river view.

Very very bad staff non professional late every time I asked for any services they came after 2 hours Donot choose to live deluxe rooms because they don’t bother deluxe room guest even I don’t know about Executive guests even Main point is they have very less staff they can’t even able to manage
