Surprisingly better than expected. The room and bed were excellent and the reception was very helpful. Also the location is amazing.

When we choose the hotel from booking we just watch the price and spa but this hotel was far more than that. This hotel make our first stay in Poland more than perfect. This is the perfect family hotel. The hotel was full wit children. Each night there was pizza party, candy party etc. for children. On Fat thursday (Tlusty cetvartak) all the children were running around the floors with two boxes with donuts, sharing each other and play around. They all were very happy. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and waitressess were very profesional keeping the good mood of guess. Every night there was some small details or surpise which make us smile. We know it's taking you effort for this and thank you for doing it. The best part of the hotel was that from some rooms some hairy faces smiles and barf us. We was so sorry that we didn't read that in advance to take our dog. For all the personal who is working there "You were perfect, just keep doing it that way". We will come back again for sure <3

The hotel has the most amazing stuff, always willing to help and assist, I would like to point out the excellent facilities which offers a variety of activities for all guests( playing yard, kids activity area, ping pong, pool table and wonderful spa area) tasty breakfast as well.

We stayed at Hotel Zawrat Ski Resort & Spa and overall had a very good experience, especially for a ski holiday. The location is a major advantage. The hotel is easy to reach by car and is less than 100 meters from the ski lift and chairlift — you can practically walk out of the ski room in your boots and reach the lift immediately. The area is quiet, with a pleasant view. It feels more like a rural area without a clear “downtown”; nightlife was not something we were looking for, but it also didn’t stand out as being present nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained on a daily basis. Budget rooms are on the smaller side but functional; for more comfort, it’s worth considering a higher category. The spa area meets expectations — the SPA looks like in the photos and is well maintained. A nice advantage is that during the day the pool is not crowded, which is great for non-skiers. Breakfast is a strong point: varied and good quality. For lunch and dinner, although the food is good, you might want more variety — there are restaurants within less than 1 km, so alternatives are easy to find. The hotel is family-friendly, with a dedicated space for children. The staff is fine, and communication in English was not an issue. In short: • excellent access to the slopes (very close to the lift) • varied and good breakfast • clean rooms • family-friendly • pool is not crowded during the day

The hotel is located in the mountains, with a wonderful view from the window, a very tasty breakfast, and a modern room.

Everything was perfect from the place to the room to the service, it was definitely a place worth every penny

Great location, cozy rooms with a lovely rustic style. The small spa with saunas and a hot tub was perfect for relaxing. Convenient on-site parking and a top-quality restaurant right next door made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Amazing personal, very good location

It was clean, food was good, didn't have any issues during my stay. Regarding the location it's a really nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Burkaty and would definitely come back. The location is perfect for skiing — just 2 minutes to the ski bus, which makes getting to the slopes very easy. The hotel also offers ski storage, which is very convenient after a long day outside. Our room was big, comfortable, and nicely designed, with a beautiful view of the slopes. Waking up to that view was a real highlight of our stay. The administrator was extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived before our room was ready, and they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage, which made everything much easier for us. Breakfast was very good, with a large variety of food — everyone can find something they like. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious with very generous portions. At the top of the hotel, there is a sauna and jacuzzi area. You need to sign up for a time slot at reception, but this is actually a great system because it helps avoid crowds and makes the experience more relaxing. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, comfort, and location. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, happy that we chose it further from the city. Had a great experience with local traditions. Great views specially while having morning coffee. Great SPA. Helpful and nice employees. When we get back, we will definitely choose this place.
