The staff was helpful and I also really enjoyed that they have heated (electric) towel rail so I could to was some of my stuff as I was traveling by the bike. The breakfast were really exceptional!

Loved the stunning architecture and peaceful atmosphere. Food was scrumptious and affordable. Very much liked eating at the Italian restaurant called Al Caminetto, every dish which we had was outstanding.

Bielsko-Biała is a lovely city in the south of Poland with a relaxed atmosphere. It has lots of opportunities for sightseeing (although I didn't get to do any myself) and has a bustling night life that is also family friendly, making a potentially ideal place to visit with children.

The history of the place, the attractive streets, the mountains being nearby (you can walk to the edge or there are buses). The railway would also allow trips to places such as Zywiec.
It is easy to get around Bielsko Biala (buses).

Charming small town with beautiful architecture in all conditions— from pristinely renovated to atmospherically dilapidated. A visual treat. The effort made by city planners to invest in historians and museum creation pays off for the visitor, who can guide herself via placards in 3 languages along routes highlighting medieval history, technical history, Catholic history, Jewish history, etc. We had good food in every restaurant and cafe. The Tourist Information Center, the Old Factory Museum and its historians, and the Castle Museum were outstanding.

We knew this was a budget hotel, so we didn't expect Radisson-level luxury. However, for the price, it exceeded our expectations we needed for an overnight stay during our road trip. The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and we had a good night's sleep. If you're looking for affordable accommodation without unnecessary extras, this is a good choice. Location is good, plenty of parking, town centre is just 10 minutes away by car.

While staying there I enjoyed clean rooms in an incredibly cozy hotel with a wonderful view from the window. The attentiveness and hospitality of the charming manager Tatyana was especially pleasant!
