Although heavily bombed in WW2, the town still has over 100...
Although heavily bombed in WW2, the town still has over 100 metres of its original city walls and the usual share of attractive red brick Gothic churches and buildings. It has good transport links - road, rail and bus plus a tram service which serves the town. The Warta River flows through Gorzów Wielkopolski and the town has many open, green spaces. A couple of things to note - Speedway is very popular here and, quite differently, Gorzów hosts a large, annual Romani festival in early July, the Romane Dyvesa.

It is easy to get around.
Not really a big visitor town .
Food was good.
Several different restaurants.
Would avoid Apartment Edelmana.
We did not see any hosts but a text message on how to enter and a greeting,

3rd visit to Gorzow ,which have all been 1 night stays,...
3rd visit to Gorzow ,which have all been 1 night stays, which is more than enough, I'd even consider leaving the same day as arrival if possible. Nothing wrong with the place but there's very little to do even in a day, very few bars/ restaurants in the square. Visited each time for a sporting event which the stadium was easy accessible from the town centre by foot. not much more I can say.

Hotel right in the centre of town. Shopping mall directly across the street and a lovely restaurant/bar, the Sphinx and a Zabka that is open until 11pm.
The train station is 10 mins walk, although a lot of work being done on the street beside it so probably not suitable for someone with mobility issues to walk. The park, St Mary’s cathedral and McDonalds all within a short walking distance. Liked the idea I could open the window as room got too hot and I don’t like air conditioning.

Great, quiet location close to the city centre. The hotel is surrounded by many lovely trees and shrubs. It's nice to sit outside when it's warm. The swimming pool and the large free car park are big pluses. The rooms are a nice size. The breakfast choice is excellent!

Very beautiful hotel for a 3 star hotel and with good breakfast. Staff were nice and helpful. At first our room didnt have AC and water pressure was very weak, but the staff changed our room without any problems. Great location - opposite to a big shopping complex.

A very nice Hotel with it's own micro brewery the beers were excellent.
The situation was decent close to a Shopping Centre.
The Breakfasts añd Dinners were good with good choice..
