Everything! It was beautiful, everything you need. Staff was amazing. We were going to stay a second night at a different hotel but loved this one so much we booked another night! If ever in Poland again, will definitely stay here again! Beautiful place, amazing staff, and amazing breakfast!!

Great experience at this hotel in Zakopane! The location was ideal and easy to reach, the room was quiet and comfortable, and I got a really good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Perfectly located just steps from the Main Street, with a conveniently accessible bus stop nearby. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and accommodating, with a delicious breakfast to start each day. Our favorite was the jacuzzi and sauna room! The bed was comfortable and they set up the sofa bed for us as well - a wonderful stay!

Great location, cozy rooms with a lovely rustic style. The small spa with saunas and a hot tub was perfect for relaxing. Convenient on-site parking and a top-quality restaurant right next door made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

A fantastic hotel, class and comfort at the right level. The history of the building shows at every corner. Location is perfect too, close to the train.

Our stay was really nice. We enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer. The breakfast is delicious, you can find water, tea and coffee in the room. Also the rooms are very clean. Beautiful spa with swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi. A 10 for the staff!

The stuff was excellent, so friendly and knowledgeable. The Wellnes area was amazing.

Everything exceptional, just little bit far from the Main Street, the cleaning wasn’t every day and wasn’t fantastic, only 2 lifts for the large hotel, dinners are not with big choice.
