For our dinner reservation, we were seated at a lone table placed on a stair landing, subjected to constant foot traffic and noise from wedding guests. The next morning, arriving five minutes after the 8:30 breakfast opening found staff still setting up and core items, like scrambled eggs, already completely unavailable. ​Apathetic Checkout: Management refused to compensate both dinners and showed zero accountability, offering a standard apology only after it was explicitly demanded. ​This stay was a complete failure in basic hospitality and administrative competence
