We had a great stay at Vila Galé Nep Kids and really enjoyed everything. The pools were clean and fun, the rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the food had plenty of variety and tasted great. The kids’ activities were fantastic and kept everyone entertained throughout the stay. Overall, a perfect choice for families—we would happily come back!

At checkin told me I had APA, the next morning I was told I...

At checkin told me I had APA, the next morning I was told I didn’t have the right to it. As well it is quite appalling the fact that I went to the bar and was told by an employee that he wouldn’t serve us to go to the “bar do jardim” to have a drink. Looks like this hotel does not need business.

The view from the Terrace was Beautiful.

The view from the Terrace was Beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. The Continental Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Good food served by the Restaurant, I especially enjoyed the Marinated Mushrooms dish and a Lovely Ice Cream Dessert. Great experience overall.

Modern hotel in old town and very functional. Well insulated as even on 2 nights with low sub 10c temps, there was no need to use any heating in the room. Good sized room and bathroom. Bonus point for quality toilet paper and not the usual 'bog standard' as in most hotels. Street parking available close to the hotel. Amazing roof terrace with 360° views.

Location excellent, very central. The staff is very nice and supported promptly on solving an issue with our room. Overall the hotel is very pleasant with good facilities.
