It is quiet place to stay. Birds in the morning will wake you up. You have the pull to enjoy the sun all day. It is the home with history. The WiFi is there, but forget about internet for those days. I recommend.

A great value. The house was quaint and comfortable. We arrived in the middle of a rain storm on our bicycles. The owner was responsive and prompt in remotely opening the door and allowed us to stash the bikes in the front room. We were out of the rain in no time and enjoyed a homey evening, cooking our meal in the kitchen and watching a movie. Good hot water for showers, comfortable bed, and in general, great facility for the price.

The museum (Centro Interpretativo do Tapete de Arraiolos) is...

The museum (Centro Interpretativo do Tapete de Arraiolos) is reaaly worth visiting. Tapestry had never interested me before, and I learned a lot on our visit. It made like tapestry, who would have guessed! Food is great on the 4 restaurants we ate in, but expensive on 3 of them. Only República das Empadas had a good price for our pockets.

Beautiful and hospitable village, Arraiolos is surely a choice to repeat. The house was amazing, it had all the necessary comforts. All was clean, nicely decorated. The heaters were great, the wi-fi signal strong. The jacuzzi was a fun episode, despite the cold weather. The view from the terrace was amazing. All the region was very green and incredibly beautiful. The food was great, we visited several places and had a great time!!!

Visited the Arraiolos Tapestry interactive Center,...

Visited the Arraiolos Tapestry interactive Center, interesting history (for me), even more interesting for someone interested in embroidery etc. Visited the Castle, empty and the beautiful Convent. Good Alentejo food at República dos Petiscos.

Small hotel - not many clients. Architecture and decoration is great. Staff is super friendly. Surroundings are amazing - the fields, the lake, the horses. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
