Very charming place. Beds were super comfortable. Shower was hot and great pressure. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and great breakfast.

Hotel is situated in a serene location. Our room was exceptionally clean, had all the amenities. Bed was firm with good support and had comfortable quality pillows (soft and firm). Staff made it feel very welcoming. We had the “family suite” with 2 twin bed and 1 queen bed that had a private terrace overlooking mountain valley. Hotel had souvenir shop on the outside.

The hotel looks exceptional! The rooms and the beds are comfortable. The good is plenty! The activity team is hard working, enthusiastic and happy. Talented too. The shuttle to the city centre is very convenient. The SPA AREA IS SERENE. The inner garden is very baiting. He staff is there for you every step! Thank you!

Excellent place to be. I hihgly recommend. They take care of you so well. we arrived late but they managed to save us some dinner even it was very much after dinner time.

Great Hotel, very clean staff very helpful and friendly! Really loved the breakfast included, I would say this was the best part. Many breakfast options, nice patio for outdoor seating. Staff offered excursions which I thought was an exceptional bonus. My room included a balcony with a nice view of sunrise. Very close to shops and mall, walkable distance which was another plus. I would recommend 10/10

The location was fantastic. Facilities also. The staff they ware very nice and always open to help. The room was big, kitchnet was the best. Very clean, very calm. New and innovative.

This hotel is great value for the money. Room made up every day; front desk is 24/7. Very pretty grounds with grass and trees. Pools are excellent—indoor and outdoor pools appear to be recently refurbished, both of them heated. Yes, you read correctly, the outdoor pool is heated! Unlike almost every other outdoor pool in Madeira, you can go in it in January/February. Indoor hot tub was clean and well maintained, though it could have been hotter. Sauna was also clean and well maintained and very hot. Kitchenette has a fridge, cooktop, pot, pan, kettle, silverware, dishes—enough to make grilled cheese sandwiches and soup. Shower had good pressure and temperature. TV has lots of channels including English language ones. Very good location—short walk to water, and the Forum shopping mall is across the street. Bar/lounge in lobby has live music almost every night. Yes, it is old and worn, but when taking the price into account, this is an excellent hotel. For those giving negative reviews, they should have stayed at one of the many very nice resort hotels in the area…for double the price.

Great facilities, location. Immaculate all round

Best All Inclusive I have ever stayed at. The pool area was huge and beautifully set up. Cleanliness was unbelievable and staff were fast and friendly. Food was very good and the drinks were even better. Loved that they had a hawk on duty in the morning to keep the pigeons away. We had the best dinner ever in the Steak House… a meal fit for a king. Who would have thought that bananas and fish would be so delicious. The location was perfect for taking strolls and exploring the beauty of Madeira. If you want to really see the beauty of Madeira Rent a car… don’t listen to the reviews that tell you not to. I will be definitely coming back and will hope that this resort is available.
