Our stay in Calheta was truly special, and much of that is thanks to Jaci. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and her warm, thoughtful presence made it feel like we’ve met a lifelong friend. Jaci’s deep knowledge of the area gave us a strong sense of place and comfort—something that can’t be found on a map. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Each room had its own balcony, allowing us to soak in the surrounding beauty morning and night. The entire space was spotless, and every amenity was in pristine shape. You can really feel the care she puts into maintaining the home and welcoming her guests. This was more than just a stay—it was a grounding and peaceful start to our time in Madeira. The place is very spacious and everything looks new, in very good conditions. It has plenty of amenities and a very nice view. The staff was always avaliable. It's great that you can park inside the property, but just a heads-up—it's way easier to arrive from the top of the hill instead of the bottom. The entrance is super steep!"

Everything! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room ( we booked the larger one with a small kitchenette, worth it!) The view is amazing. The vegetables in between the vineyard were interesting to see. Everything and everyone was so detailed oriented.
