This property is exceptional, and the host was just wonderful!! So friendly and warm. He made us the most delicious breakfast with pastries made by his wife and little grandchild the night before. It was wonderful!! And Jagodes was an added pleasure 1🐕

The hotel, staff, location and restaurant were all amazing! The hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff were more than accommodating. We hosted an 18 person lunch and the food and staff could not have been any better. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope so be back.

Stepping into this hotel felt like entering a sanctuary, where modern comfort blends beautifully with charming architectural touches. From arrival, the thoughtful design and attentive service were evident. Our room offered both comfort and style, with a plush bed and generous space that matched the online photos. The bathroom stood out for its clean design, perfect water pressure, and a luxurious feel. The hotel’s shared kitchen, bright and well-equipped, was perfect for preparing meals or storing snacks. Despite an unusually hot spell, the efficient and quiet air-conditioning kept our room cool and welcoming after long days exploring the city. The location is ideal—just a 15-minute walk from the bus station and close to a mall with a small Auchan, making travel and errands simple. Service was exemplary. We needed early check-in, and the staff accommodated us with genuine warmth and efficiency, making a lasting impression. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the staff was friendly and helpful, whether offering recommendations or directions. The hotel’s proximity to the city’s highlights—cathedral, tower, castle, and tranquil parks—added to our enjoyment. Food lovers will appreciate the abundance of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, making each day’s plans effortless. In summary, the gorgeous rooms, immaculate bathrooms, inviting kitchen, and outstanding hospitality created a memorable experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and genuine care during their visit.

Excellent location! The view from the room was stunning as you could see the Se towering above Guarda. The bathrooms were modern chic with great soap options. The kitchen, airy and spacious, invited ppl to cook! Wonderful stay :)
