We stayed for two nights. Super nice place to stay and great value. Owners are awesome and kind. We stayed in the room with the ensuite bathroom, cute and nicely decorated, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. There is a shared kitchen which is great and what I liked is that each of the three rooms has a basket for putting dried goods and a specific shelf in the fridge for cold goods. Nice space for cooking and eating. We feel we could stay there for several days and be comfortable. Easy walk to the main square with restaurants and a grocery store. Street parking was easy for us to find at the time.

Lia's House is located in Povoação, just a 6-minute walk from Morro Beach and 8.8 miles from Fumarolas. This vacation home provides air-conditioned accommodations with a balcony and free Wifi.

We were only 2 people and only stayed one night but seems it would’ve been very comfortable for a larger group and/ or longer stay. Place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Host even had coffee, tea, biscuits and water bottles for us!

I enjoyed every minute of my 3-week stay at this property. In my 24 years of traveling, this location has been one of the best. The owner thought of every detail to make our stay memorable. The apartment is both comfortable and situated near three supermarkets. It takes 500 meters to reach the beach. Within a 2-minute walk, you can find several excellent restaurants. Very easy to park.
