I loved how charming it was and also the garden. It was very peaceful and relaxing to sit there .

The staff were very friendly and understanding. It's walkable distance to the beach. I felt safe.

A great hotel in the heart of Estoril!

I was upgraded to a room in the new wing and it was absolutely marvelous. Quite spacious, plenty of mirrors in the room, a blended TV on the wall that is only visible once turned on and an amazing bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a small balcony with a view. The breakfast was great and the staff were very kind and attentive to all my needs.

Centrally located to all the areas I was visiting. Helpful staff answered all my questions. Clean comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Very easy access to the beach.

The location is perfect, oceanfront! You can walk to local restaurants, shops and the marina. The train station is a few meters away. The hotel staff are wonderful and happy to ensure you have an amazing experience. The room is a nice size and very comfortable with all the necessities. I could near the ocean waves from my terrace. The breakfast service is overlooking the ocean and beach and there is a good selection to choose from.

Love the buffet at breakfast. We have never seen such an elaborate buffet before. We especially enjoyed the croissants (melted in my mouth) and the number of juices from which one could choose. Coffee excellent too. We also loved the clothes-washing availability--fast service and nicely folded and ironed.

From the moment we arrived in the beautiful and serene city of Cascais, Hotel Baía made us feel truly welcomed. At check-in, we were greeted by João (forgive me if the spelling is off!), whose warm hospitality immediately set the tone for our stay. When we entered our room, we were surprised with a lovely view of the marina and an unexpected treat — the famous Portuguese pastel de nata. Such a sweet gesture. The hotel’s location could not be more perfect. It’s just steps away from the marina, breathtaking coastal viewpoints, charming shops, restaurants, and even the iconic Santini ice cream shop — a must-try when visiting Cascais. Hotel Baía also offers its own restaurant and an impressive complimentary gourmet breakfast each morning. The variety and quality truly exceeded our expectations. Even after checking out, we were able to safely leave our luggage with the hotel and enjoy a final few hours exploring Cascais — something we greatly appreciated. Laura checked us out with such friendliness and ease, adding to the wonderful experience. A heartfelt thank you to João for your kindness and for taking care of our luggage while we wandered the city, and to all the staff at Hotel Baía who made our stay welcoming, comfortable, and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return on our next visit to Cascais.

Clean and easy location. Location of hotel was in a busy area with lots of restaurants and shopping around us.

Excelent location near the Cascais Bay with walking distance to beaches, train, coffeshops, restaurants and plenty of stores.

It was the loveliest place, the staff was super nice. The breakfast outstanding, love the quiet location but close to the sea and centre and station.
