The hotel is next to a very well stocked supermarket and half a block from a great cake and bread shop.
Unfortunately we had to leave for the airport just before a spectacular religious procession got under way - we only saw the preparations.

This place gets a well-deserved 5 stars—no doubt about it! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, cozy, and totally like home. It’s huge, sparkling clean, and honestly… it looks even better than in the photos (and that’s saying something!).
Usually with apartments that look this good, you think: “Yeah right, too good to be true.” But nope—this one actually turned out to be better than too good!
It’s got everything. And I mean everything: coffee machine, iron, washing machine, dishwasher… you name it, it’s there—and all in tip-top shape.
We were just the two of us, but there’s more than enough space for 4 or even 6 people to hang out comfortably.
And the view… wow. Just wow.
Need a room with a view? Look no further—this is the one!

Hotel is in a very nice location in forest. Also close to some nice restaurants. The hotel room was bug enough and sufficient foe us. We like the bar area where we had 2 bottles of wine before supper

Not much to do, in my opinion there are much nicer places to visit. Nicer beaches with warmer water. Parking is a huge problem and the locals do not like even trying to communicate in English. I guess it depends what you like. Would definately rather visit Al Garve.

Very clean, friendly area with plenty options for food, shops, supermarkets, all within walking distance. the beach front is excellent.
Bar Nautico, Albtroz and Taberna Londrino all do excellent food and reasonable prices. try the Francisinhas. it was a new experience for me and I loved it!
