It was very pretty and they very accommodating. We arrived early and was given a room right away .

- I made a reservation in a rush and the Hotel immediately felt like in family. A tranquility beyond. Exactly what i needed. ♥️ - The tranquility of the place gave me super good vibes in a moment i need it a couple of days to stop after almost a year rushing. I felt like a new person there. 🧘‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️ - The stuff was super professional in everything they do. They act such a discrete and serene. I ran into couple of situations and got solutions and calmness from them. 🥂 - As a person i love obsessed with art and deco even though i am not into. 🖼️ The decoration of the place was outstanding. Really liked the two pictures composition of the sides of the river landscape. From the Restaurants with plants hanging on the roof, to the impressionist paintings across the messages over the building. Loved em. I even felt asleep on the lobbies sofa looking at the walls with some music while random guests were coming from dinner laughing. Truly something. - You can buy cool merch about Lisbon at affordable price. - Essentially i have no fault of the place. It surprised me nicely in many ways. There is a supermarket just 10 ms away. Main tram at 50ms. Railway Station at 10 mins. And professional service at 0 meters away. And you have grass field just crossing the toad as there is a park infront. ✨ Nothing left to say. Just a Big thank you for being such a tactful in the service. 🙂💐

Great location, elevator, kind staff, nice, renovated and clean rooms, nice breakfast!

The breakfast was excellent! The staff was so very kind and helpful and accommodated all our needs; held bags when we arrived early, helped with the safe, helped open bottle of wine we bought and wanted to drink in our room. Everything was very clean.

Great location, wonderful staff, nice breakfast and coffee with cakes available anytime for free. Reception guys offered me to leave my bag with them till my webbing flight which helped me explore Lisboa freely and easily. 2mins away from the centre, great place, my first choice new tine I visit Portugal

Amazing location, very beautiful and stylish hotel, the suite was very well designed spacious and comfortable and had a lovely view. Staff extremely friendly, breakfast was outstanding! I super enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anymore!

Staff were great! The roman ruins that formed part of the building were an interesting addition. The free tour of the roman ruins made the experience even better. The location was good and we were able to walk to everything we needed. The breakfast was also nice.

I liked everything in this hotel. Memmo Alfama is wonderful hotel. Totally nailed with the style that have applied, the location where it is, the decorations of the hotel and the rooms everything is a big win. The hotel gives so much cosiness in the interior that is incredible, you feel like you are in your apartment although you are in a hotel restaurant. I don't have words that can express my satisfaction by the hotel staff, which every time was ready to help, knowledgeable and very friendly. This is a hotel that i will come over again if i visit Lisbon.

This was a spectacular stay. I will never stay at any other hotel in Lisbon on my annual visit ever again.

Location was great,staff was friendly and helpful,everybody in hotel was awesome,they have free minibar ,free ice cream ,free fruits ,free wins and free lot of things, their hospitality was unique Definitely i will come back again
