Great base for us travelling east from Lisbon along the A6.

Great base for us travelling east from Lisbon along the A6. Great for visiting Evora and the area. Eating facilities nearby were excellent. Hosts very friendly & speak English. Nice to have access to common areas as well as just the room.

Vendas Novas is a small town midway between Lisbon and Evora...

Vendas Novas is a small town midway between Lisbon and Evora. It is quiet and peaceful, full of friendly people and noted for its “bifanas” but we also ate excellent “massa da frango” and there’s a good Chinese restaurant too.

Unique location with local design elements, quite different from what a standard purpose-built hotel looks like. The reception ladies are fluent in English and are very welcoming. Parking was possible right in front of the hotel due to low guest count at that day, otherwise the underground parking lot would offer plenty of space (but entry is very steep and probably wouldn't work for all vehicle types). Comfy bed, clean room.

The communal area with access to tea/coffee facilities etc and a fridge was great. Quiet, easy parking and super clean. A lot of thought and effort has been taken to make it a comfortable stay. Well priced though Vendas Novas is exactly a hot destination for tourists.

A very unique spot for this hotel. Our room was beautifully presented and has a lift to upper floors. Breakfast has a large choice considering i believe we were the only guests
