O experiență plăcută. Cazarea a fost super ok, camerele arătau bine, iar totul a fost exact cum ne așteptam. Un lucru care ne-a plăcut mult a fost parcarea privată, am putut să lăsăm mașina în siguranță și să stăm fără griji pe tot parcursul șederii.

The hotel is part of the Complex Ghiocela- a restaurant, fast-food place, coffee shop, bakery etc around the city(Motru). They also have a non-stop supermarket next to the hotel. The car park is roomy, plenty of spaces to choose from. As to the room itself - the first one they gave us had some issues - the TV did not work and also no hot water. However, as soon as we informed them, they moved us to a better room. So, they were very prompt in sorting all the issues. The second room was spacious and warm, with very good lighting, the bed was wide and very comfortable. We had how water at all times and the heating worked just fine.The cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient. In fact, after the first night, we decided to book the following one as well. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
