The staff was terrific. They were warm and extremely helpful. This was by far the best we were treated in all of Romania. We were told that this is how we should be expected to be treated at a 4-star hotel. It's our second stay here and we enjoyed our time. The staff is awesome, helpful and friendly, the rooms are spacious, the AC works well and the garden is perfect for enjoying a coffee. And the cats are adorable!
