Location, being very clean, with friendly professional staff.

I like the hotel room with balcony its very near the beach also they have big parking area very comfortable to stay for vacation. The staff is very accommodating i am happy for our stay.

About the staff at the hotel, they are absolutely excellent. Since the hotel has about 10 levels, at higher levels you can have a beautiful view in all directions, seeing a little of the sea, or the lake, even if you don't have a full sea view. However, we had a full view of the sea and the beach, we could watch the sunrise from our room, and this was fabulous. We also slept very well, although there wasn't a special mattress, maybe just the effect of the beach air and our tiredness after swimming in the sea and walking on the faleza. There is a small fridge in rooms, in some of them the fridge is a little bigger, in others small. There is AC and a small Juliette balcony with just a door and a railing... not a real balcony, but enough for our needs. There is also free parking in front of the hotel but not for many cars, not guaranteed. This is why, if I found place for my car, I try to use the bus for small trips, rather then move the car and lose the spot. The price for the room was very good compared with other options nearby, and getting all the advantages of the location in that price. Of course it was good for a 2 star hotel. We don't care much about luxury finishes, we come in the room only very late to sleep, as there are plenty of other things to do in Mamaia. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are many free concerts that are happening in the plaza Casino Mamaia nearby, on Mamma Mia stage, on weekends and full season and you can easily take advantage of the close proximity. Also, there are many good restaurants, like Sonio Restaurant and Casa Țărănească, plus plenty of small stores, plus the end station of the gondola over Mamaia. There is also a Mega Image grocery store nearby, and the bus station is exactly in front of the hotel.

Was clean and close to the sea, not for from all the attactions, but not a noisy place.

Clean, daily cleaning and resupply. Had a coffee machine in the room, quirlte nice. Also food was excellent and affordable. Staff was polite and responsive.

The hotel ihas a new set up, very modern, clean, inviting with big spaces and very nice personnel.

Personalul foarte prietenos, accesul la plaja usor, piscina hotelului micuta, dar cu o gramada de jucarii pentru copii, micul dejun variat si in continua miscare, tot timpul se inlocuiau mancarurile lipsa. La restaurantul hotelului cea mai buna carbonara. Camera curata, curatenie zilnica.

We are delighted with our stay in the accommodation. The owners are wonderful people, the cleanliness is at the highest level. Our only regret is that it lasted a short time.

The all inclusive hotel was a great choice. The food and alcohol that was included was a good combination and worth the extra money we paid on the hotel room.
