The hotel is beautiful and is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Don’t get me wrong—it’s a simple hotel. There aren’t a lot of fancy bells and whistles, but honestly, I didn’t need them. What they do have is a staff that is on site 24 hours a day, and they are some of the kindest, most helpful people I’ve met. My room was the perfect size for one person and was very clean and comfortable. I also thought it was pretty clever that your room key activates the electricity in the room… which also kept me from accidentally leaving my room key behind somewhere. 😂 I also have to mention that I needed a VERY early check-in at 7:00 a.m. (normal check-in is 4:00 p.m. 😳). They were able to accommodate me for an additional fee, and let me tell you—it was worth every penny to have those extra nine hours after traveling. But what I’ll remember most isn’t the room—it’s the people. Every time I walked through the lobby, someone greeted me with a smile, offered me coffee or water, and took the time to chat with me. It never felt forced or like they were just doing their job. It honestly felt less like I was staying at a hotel and more like I was staying with friends. As an American traveling in Romania, there are moments when I need a little extra help navigating things, and they never once made me feel like an inconvenience or an outsider. They happily spoke English with me, answered my questions, and genuinely made me feel welcome. If I ever find myself back in Mamaia, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Yes, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—but it’s the kindness and hospitality of the staff that will bring me back.

Brand new accommodation, right on the beach. The apartament we stayed in was spotless clean and the balcony view was outstanding. The pool areas are definitely a straight A bonus to the place. The staff was very welcoming and efficient in solving out inquiries. Looking forward for the summer to come back again.

We initially booked a smaller room, with a matrimonial bed, since we didn't need any extra couch for our newborn child, or our 18 mo toddler, but at the reception, when the owner told us that the room is at the 2nd floor, with no elevator, we kindly asked for another one at a lower level and he immediately gave us a larger one, with an extensible couch, at the 1st floor, which was also more expensive than what we have booked, at the same fair per night! A wonderful overall experience ;)
