It is a good location for a weekend trip with the family.

It is a good location for a weekend trip with the family. You have a few museums you can visit, the Neamt fortress, the "Dragos Voda" Bisons and Carpathian Fauna Reserve, as well as a lot of monasteries in a 20km radius.

City close to do many places to visit: fortress, many...

City close to do many places to visit: fortress, many monasteries with their tranquility and museums ( Agapia, Varatec, Neamt, Sihastria, Sécu, Sihla any many others) , bison reservation, memorial houses ( Ion Creanga, Veronica Micle , Vlahuta , Popa) . There is history at every step. You just need to be mindful of it. Very good food and terrasses . Near by are mountains with natural reservation parks if you like to hike .

Nice small town next to the Neamt old fortress, and in...

Nice small town next to the Neamt old fortress, and in driving distance to around 20 old orthodox monasteries. Also the town of Romanian author Ion Creanga, in the Humulesti village nearby it’s his memorial house museum. For quick shopping you have local small shops and Lidl. Good restaurants near the fortress.

Casa Edy was located on a leafy street with strong ties to the children's story writer Ion Creanga, one of Tirgu Neamt's best-known figures. As well as being quiet, the facilities were excellent. Not only did I want for practically nothing but there were lots of little gifts from slippers and toothbrushes, to food treats in the fridge. My hosts were amiable and helpful throughout.Casa Edy is a place I would not hesitate to return to if the opportunity arose again.

I always stay at this clean and comfortable hotel. A perfect offer for a low price with a great breakfast. This time I tested the late check-in option and it was not a problem - the entrance is organized automatically. I would like to advise to return the practice of bottled drinking water in the room - perhaps for an extra fee. I did not have time to buy on the way and if food was no longer relevant at night, then water is always appropriate.

The owner was very kind. He checked in with me often to make sure I didn't need anything, and it was very nice to have that personal touch. I liked that my dog was allowed to stay as well, this is not very common and meant a lot to me as I was in the area to do some hiking and wanted to bring her along. Hotel was decorated in a very modern manner with good quality materials throughout. You could tell a lot of thought went into the design.

Size of room and bathroom was ok. Freshly painted.The restaurant food was very good and Tasty. Everybody here were very helpful! We had a zero water problem from the city/counsil. The hotel owner sorted it out for us, in a very generous way for, thank you! Fine parking area!
