Huuuuuge room, plenty of light, very nice people.

The room is ok, comfortable. The staff was nice. The furniture is not quite new, but it still works. The price was good. Definetely recommend.

The location and respectful behavior of the staff

Hotel’s location is great, with 1 tram you are in center. There are 24 hours open markets nearby. Facilities( balcony, parking lot, ac, radiator, tv, fridge, 24 hours hot water etc.) are amazing. Room and all facility was extremely clean. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, only in balcony so air was fresh all the time. Staff is so helpful. They always asked if something needed when they saw us. The desk is open for 24 hours. Hotel was nearly full but all was quiet. Owner, Mr. Bekir is very kind and helpful person. We felt at home during our( 5 nights) stay with our 2 years old child. Which was so important. Everything is beautiful.

I like because then have a tub but not had a stopper at the bathtub.

Brand new, great place for a business stay. Close to the airport and out of the city center so you avoid trafic.

Been there before with my wife, for business, and we had a wonderful experience. Fundamentally I hate super modern hitels that have no soul and character. That's why we chose Scala Boutique Hotel. A bit like the good French prestige "Relay et Chateaux" or the English "Historic House Hotels". Following that, I explicitly wanted to stay again in this hotel. Had even a pleasant surprise when I arrived as I was upgraded at no extra cost. Definitely has become my choice of stay whenever I will come again to Bucharest

I stayed for three nights at the Minerva Hotel in Bucharest, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-managed, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding professionalism of two reception staff members, Razvan and Vlad. Throughout my stay, they were consistently helpful, attentive, and exceptionally professional. Their positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction made a noticeable difference. As someone holding a Master’s degree in Business Management, I pay close attention to service quality and personnel performance. If I were in the position of the owner, I would strongly consider promoting both Razvan and Vlad into higher roles, as their work ethic and customer-oriented approach clearly add great value to the hotel. Thank you for providing such a pleasant stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Bucharest.

The room was very good, the breakfast and the parking, I will return to this hotel.

Everything was good. I checked in at 9.pm without any problem. Free parking on the street near hotel.

The room was great, big enough, the breakfast was good as well. Overall, our stay was really comfortable and the staff was amazing and ready to help!

Room was like a studio home. Sheets and towels smeels like they washed them right before you check-in. Flowers and fresh. 7/24 open drinks and food bar was enough and satisfied. And the staff with big smile. What else you can ask for? Definetly will stay again when we come to Bucharest.
