The host was amazing, friendly, helpful and always available. Rooms were clean, tidy and comfy. The location is good coolnnected with public transport. There were all necessary facilities available, also the staff asks you daily if you need something. There is also a good restaurant on the ground floor. I can totally recommend it.

I had an incredible stay! While the room and amenities were great, the real standout was the staff. From the moment I checked in, everyone was so welcoming and attentive. The room was excellent. Everything was as new and worked flawlessly. The room was cleaned every day, and the sheets did not smell of washing soap (very important for me!). Markus, at reception, is not only respectful and uncommonly helpful, but he also has an in-depth knowledge of the city and the best routes to take, whether walking (Belgrade was made for walking) or taking a taxi. I was going to order dinner one night as I wasn’t feeling so good, but he suggested I try the restaurant. Oh boy! The gnocchi with mushrooms was out of the world - and the panna cotta. I highly recommend eating at least one night in the hotel !

The room was excellent. Comfortable equipment, clean and tidy. The staff very hospitable and helpfull. They allowed me very early check in for minimum charge. SPA ( on the first floor of the building) also great. You allowed to book it in advance for 1 hour every day. The hotel too close to St Mark Church and 15-20 min walk to old city attractions.

The lady at the reception on my arrival was very helpful, warm and positive. The room was very big and hotel was clean. Positive art on my way to room. Very central location. All was perfect. Thank you.

Everything is great. Stayed there three times with family. Close to Skadarlija, Knez Mihajlova, City Centre. The staff is fantastic, accommodating, friendly, and so helpful. Clean, cosy apartments.
