I recently visited this place. The place is very welcoming, with good staff, good equipment and good food. Their room service service is unexpectedly good

A very good breakfast for sure, and the hotel is located in quite and calm location near the lake kivu (only 5 minutes by walking)

The staff were extremely gracious and helpful. Very understanding and strove to make me comfortable as best they could. Very clean and quiet.

The hotel owner, manager & staff were extremely helpful. Olivier was kind enough to pick me up at bus station and drop me at bus station when I left. Olivier has been helping me even after I left. Providing me with information when I was in other cities. Breakfast in the garden was amazing & refreshing. The garden so beautiful. I could't ask for a better stay and for better hosts who cared about making me happy and comfortable. If I come back to Rwanda, I would definitely go back.

Beautiful hill top property with stunning views and peaceful atmosphere - perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. We love our stay to this charming place and the location is serene with breathtaking views. Big kudos to the owners vey nice and sweet couple .

The room and the environment is always clean. The manager, Gilbert is very kind and receptive.

The hotel is nice, good location in goma. Spacious rooms and gyms spa was great also.
