The hotel was really convenient for where we needed to be. Not convenient if you want to be in central Gothenburg though. The unit was VERY clean as was the bathroom. The whole place was clean and fresh and modern. The instructions we received beforehand with the code to get into the building, the parking pass and where the key was, were accurate and we had no problems whatsoever. If you need to be in Torslanda and want a studio apartment, this is a great place. It is not a hotel as such, no reception, no bar, no restaurant, etc but they sent suggestions for where to have breakfast + there is a large supermarket in the square.

Something better than this would be difficult to find. The cabin was perfect with everything that I could need. It was very spacious with a great sea view. Kitchen had all the utensils I could need from a water kettle for tea to a dishwasher. I travelled alone with the goal of disconnection and relaxation but there is enough space to a larger group of people. The location is perfect, the shop (ICA) is near and within walking distance from the pier where the ferry leaves you or a bust stop. Best of all, the location between Hönö and Öckero islands. This way one can go hiking north to Öckero and Hälsö one day and another day go south to hike around Hönö and Fotö.

It was hard for us to understand exactly what we had booked...

It was hard for us to understand exactly what we had booked and the room was compact for a family of 4. A floor plan would help us more clearly understand when booking. There was no sauna we could use which was disappointing as from booking.com we were lead to believe there was one for use by everyone staying. The location is great but you are on a working harbour so can be quite noisy in the night due to high winds and fisherman! The fish restaurant & walks around the island were excellent. Overall a good stay in a clean / modern room and Helen was extremely helpful.
