The location was excellent for our needs. Breakfast was very good. I cannot say enough about the hosts. Ingegerd and Peter exceeded our expectations. Ingegerd even did our laundry and Peter offered us the use of a car if we needed one. They are very proud of their property and all the hard work they put into it. We stayed in the cottage and were pleased that it was handicap accessible.

We travelled a lot with our dogs and we visited a lot of cottages in many countries in Europe but this has to be the best cottage we have ever rented. Amazing location on the lake, we were swimming every day. Dogs loved to roam around and to swim in the lake. It is isolated and it takes around 5 minutes on the dirt road to get to the cottage. There are no neighbours and we saw no people for 3 days. You can listen to the birds and use binoculars to watch them. We have used the boat to ride around the lake. We have grilled every day and used a bbq grill you can make an open wood fire to the left of the cottage on the little area where an open fire is allowed. There is no running water, no shower, no electricity (you cannot charge your phone), no wifi, it is a proper cottage where you can relax, turn off and enjoy the nature.
