Friendly staff and helpful. The room was comfortable for me as a solo traveler. The breakfast for me was good. Convenient to two malls walking distance.

Location is incredible. Facilities are okay. Pool is definitely a plus.

Do not expect a fancy room, this is a simple, basic stay but everything was comfortable, from the bed to the washroom to the air conditioning. The location is very central, with many plazas just steps away. My favorite part of the stay was the hospitality I received from Edgar. No matter how much I say about him, it still wouldn’t be enough. He coordinated with me even before I landed, arranged my airport taxi seamlessly, and stayed in touch with me throughout my stay via WhatsApp. Since I don’t speak Spanish, having him available whenever I needed help made a huge difference. Sometimes it’s not a luxurious stay that makes an experience memorable, it’s the hospitality that truly sets it apart.

I stayed for a night and it was enough to fall in love with this place, as soon as you walk in the environment is so relaxing, they welcome you with the most TASTEFUL lemonade, the place is spotless, I am a clean freak and my goodness I could not find a reason to complain LOL, I felt so confortable!!., I have stayed in other places and this one is top notch. The room was so cozy it smelled so good. Is so perfectly located, close to Centro Historico, Galeria etc. LOVED IT!! Beatriz, Jessica and the gentleman at the front desk definitely know how to treat their guest. BEATRIZ THANK YOU loved my room sooo clean!! OMG they have a spa onsite, Sadly my friend and I could not have a massage and facial done due to staying just one night, but already planning a longer stay to go visit other landmarks in San Salvador. definitely coming back. 100% recomended you will have no regrets. special Thanks to Jose Monje for treating us like royalty!!

One of the best buffet breakfasts we have taken in San Salvador. Spacious restaurant, never too crowded. Personnel very kind and willing to take care of us.

The amenities and the extra value. We were taken aback by the access to the Executive Lounge to enjoy snacks and beverages and a courtesy upon arriving delivered to our room. That was truly appreciated, we felt taken care of and welcomed.

The garden is beautiful! The staff is the nicest! Breakfast was amazing. Everyone from the parking attendant to the waiters and the front desk made our stay very special.

Breakfast was amazing. They had a good, kid-friendly variety and included in the price! The location was fantastic, for it was walking distance to the Museum of Art and many other attractions.
