The beach on the island is just incredible.

Quiet, beautiful, clean, amazing personnel

If you are looking for a quiet beachfront vacation, this is one of the best! The rooms are just steps away from a beautiful beach that goes on for miles, and there are plenty of chairs, loungers, hammocks, etc. to settle into for a good read, a nap, or just to look at the ocean or the stars. Alveda, the property manager, is very helpful and cooked us a lovely dinner our first night, and then was always immediately available via WhatsApp to answer questions, arrange for taxis, make dinner recommendations, etc. The room was very spacious with a decent size king bedroom, a living area with a small kitchen, sofa, and dining table, and best of all, a huge screened in porch with adirondack chairs, a table and chairs, bikes for exploring, and wonderful breezes through the screens. The wind blew pretty strong most days of our trip, so we did not swim too much, but we did get into the water a couple of days and it is very sandy and shallow enough to enjoy even if you are not a confident swimmer. North Caicos island is very quiet, with very little tourist infrastructure, but there was a nice beach bar, the Barracuda, just 200 yards down the beach with excellent cocktails and good food, and a small grocery store with the basics a short walk away. We rented a car for 1 day and went to Middle Caicos Island to see Mudjin Beach (spectacular), and we would probably rent a car for our entire stay next time so we can get to restaurants and grocery stores more easily. We walked 25 minutes over to a newer restaurant Cilantro's, and had two absolutely fabulous meals - Chef Trap is definitely trying to provide a wider variety of dishes than the standard fare (conch, grouper, chicken, etc.) found everywhere else. We went the first week of January, and had the whole place to ourselves 5 out of 6 nights, and saw maybe 10 people per day walking by on the beach, so if privacy and quiet is what you desire, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!!

The property was well furnished and clean

This cozy cottage is situated in a private neighborhood close to Grace Bay beach. Bryan the host has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable including bicycles snorkel gear and beach umbrellas. The cottage has a lovely vine covered porch where you can enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. The place is immaculately clean with high end appliances and a washer ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. PS. Karibe is a local restaurant on the way to Smith’s reef that is affordable and the best food we had during our trip!!!

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Great family. Excellent location in nice residentail area. Easy walk to sunset / leeward beach takes about 10 minutes. We hiked around the area and went to Grace Bay beach, Long Bay beach, and the Blue Haven marina without needing a rental car. So some really nice places to visit that are relatively close. Also took a couple of taxis to get around and bring back groceries. The room has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Great location. Well equipped with everything you need from beach chairs and sun umbrella to snorkeling gear and sand toys for our kids. Very easy communication with the host. Just wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay staff was great very helpful resort grounds were beautiful and well kept I was impressed by the spacious modern unit.The beach offered free chairs and was pretty private in our opinion better the Grace bay wehee its crowded.Make sure you rent a car most restaurants and stores are a 10 min drive.
