We spent 4 nights at this location and loved it. It is super clean, the staff are friendly. The view is amazing, and because is not super close to the beach it is peaceful. It is located within 30 minutes walk to an great white sand beach: Freedom beach.

Staff upon arrival at 11pm we're very welcoming, King deluxe room was everything that we expected,the breakfast was good, pool and surroundings were very clean.

We travelled Singapore, Phuket and Bangkok. By far the staff at this hotel were the best among the three. Both welcoming and helpful. We would recommend others to stay here.

I recently stayed at Patong Signature Hotel for two nights, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel offers stunning views, with the beach just a stone's throw away, making it the perfect beachfront property. The service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was the highlight of our stay—absolutely delicious! The pizzas were some of the best I've ever had, and the coffee was top-notch. Each meal was a delight, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. Overall, Patong Signature Hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the breathtaking views to the impeccable service and mouth-watering food, everything was perfect. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I chose Holiday Inn Karon Phuket mainly for the location, and it didn’t disappoint. Right in the heart of Karon but still quiet enough to relax. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made check-in effortless. I stayed in one of the villas and wow — the layout is brilliant. Super spacious, open-plan living + bedroom area, big bathroom, and your own little outdoor space. Didn’t feel cramped at all. You get that “home away from home” vibe instead of a standard hotel room. What really stood out though was cleanliness. Everything was spotless — floors, bathroom, even little details you don’t expect. And the staff go beyond just cleaning. They actually check in to make sure you have what you need so you can just enjoy your stay without stress. I walked around and checked out a few other hotels in Karon while I was here, and I have to say Holiday Inn has the best staff by far. Friendly faces everywhere, always greeting you, always willing to assist. That kind of service makes all the difference. Already planning to come back. Highly recommend if you want comfort, space, and people who actually care.
