The location was perfect for what I was hoping for. Beautiful quiet beach. Lots of shells to collect and safe warm water to swim in. The beach was right across the street from the resort hotel, which was perfect. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the home-cooked food was excellent. I was extremely happy with everything. There were also some cool things to do nearby including a very cool cave to hike into and see a shrine that was placed in the 16th century. I hope to go back again very soon.

Very nice location and manage properly as per requirements and nice garden view. When wakes up in morning and comes out from room then it’s so beautiful outside and greenery also. Very lovely place I will recommending to others let’s stay there for one night then you will definitely prefer in this property every time when you plan to visit Sam Roy Yot. Superb Hidden Oasis The room was big the kitchen had all the utensils ( except microwave) Set in clusters of 7 bungalows each with their own pool Very quiet The pool was immaculate Easy parking . The beach is 600 metres away . On beach road a number of restaurants and bars and some other resorts .Covered tables on the beach for eating and drinking The other end of the Soi is a 7 Elven The resort has a nice restaurant only had 1 dinner there good value The breakfast was perfect Order from set menu not buffet Laundry through hotel was cheap Better to have own transport to get around Lots to see and do Found a restaurant 12 minute drive away called Pin Keow nestled on a small river . had dinner there 3 times excellent value and cheap Definitely will stay here again later this year The staff were all happy and helpful Plenty of other beaches to explore all with beach restaurants About 45 minute drive to Hua Hin so you can go there for all the markets etc easily

Great location across the road from the beach. We had a lovely studio cottage with a private gazebo out front. Clean and comfortable room. There is on-demand hot water in the shower. Screens on the windows so we could enjoy some fresh air in the room without mosquitoes. Staff were gracious and accommodating. Easy check in and out. Restaurants a short walk away. Bicycles are available. Breakfast had plenty of both Western and Asian options. Everything was great. Highly recommend!

It may sound like a cliché, but staying here truly felt like being at home - warm, welcoming, and full of care, yet with complete freedom. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large and peaceful terrace. The common areas are open around the clock. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. What stood out most was the owner’s generosity and genuine hospitality where nothing feels rushed or counted, only thoughtful and kind.
