Air con was very powerful. Despite hotel was old. Breakfast have different set although some are standard.

It's gonna be long but trust me it is worth reading- I'm givin' u a detailed description of the hotel in depth. At first, I was a little bit unhappy because the breakfast was not included in the price. And, we had to pay another 60 baht for it. But, well, it was purely our misunderstanding since it was clearly stated in the description on booking.com that it was available but we needed to pay on top of the accommodation price-so no complaint for that. For myself, if I had read it more thoroughly, I might have chosen another hotel with either lower price or breakfast included. I found it a bit too pricey. But, what could I do since I arrived almost midnight and it seemed to be the best accommodation around here. So, I went up to the front desk & paid for the stay and of course for the breakfast. I needed some breakfast so i had no choice but to pay extra. The lady behind the counter was super helpful & polite and smiling all the time- hey, good first impression! The parking lot was spacious and the reception area was neat, clean, and professional looking. Walking up to the room on the second floor since there was no elevator. The light in the walkway was well-lit so I didn't feel spooky despite the antique-looking decor. The room was peaceful, fully furnished, super spacious with hot tap. The bed was so comfy. In the morning, I went down to the dining area for the 60 THB that I paid for. Seriously, I was so so amazed with the breakfast. I think 60 THB was too cheap for what the hotel had offered in the breakfast buffet line, yes, it was breakfast buffet- like all you can eat kind of thing. They had boiled rice with different yummy Thai dishes, tea, coffee, milk, juice..basic continental breakfast (cereal etc.) all the way to full English breakfast with ham, sausages, fried eggs, toasts..and some seasonal fruits. I thought I was gonna be disappointed that I had to pay extra for the breakfast...

The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were clean. The rooms were good size.

We always stop here when visiting family in the area. It's very consistent and enjoyable.

Very good Facilities and helpful staff. But helpful if you have an event at the resort itswlf

The room was absolutely huge. Way more than I expected for the price. Nice river behind the room. Multiple balconies the room was amazing. Free breakfast was great, very kind staff
