Clean, quiet, family friendly and the aqua park is amazingly fabulous

Swimming pool is amazing. Rooms clean and big. Breakfast very good. Staff is frendly. Location is very good. Meet my expectation . Manager Sun is great. He do good job.

I had a great stay in this hotel from start to finish. As soon as I made the booking, the helpful receptionist Bright got in contact with me regarding airport pick-up options and from there on in he helped me with lots of useful advice and tips via WhatsApp. The hotel itself is fantastic value- rooms are spacious and clean with WiFi and air conditioning. I was also lucky enough to have a room on the 4th floor with a balcony which overlooked the sea. It was lovely to wake up to the crashing of the waves each day. The location is also magnificent, it is less than a minute to the beach and surrounded by mini markets, restaurants and whatever convenience you can think of. I would 100% stay here again.

pros: dry air in the room (air conditioning works well) half board menu was great, also it was available after 12 p.m. (we found our favourites) very polite staff!

I chose Holiday Inn Karon Phuket mainly for the location, and it didn’t disappoint. Right in the heart of Karon but still quiet enough to relax. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made check-in effortless. I stayed in one of the villas and wow — the layout is brilliant. Super spacious, open-plan living + bedroom area, big bathroom, and your own little outdoor space. Didn’t feel cramped at all. You get that “home away from home” vibe instead of a standard hotel room. What really stood out though was cleanliness. Everything was spotless — floors, bathroom, even little details you don’t expect. And the staff go beyond just cleaning. They actually check in to make sure you have what you need so you can just enjoy your stay without stress. I walked around and checked out a few other hotels in Karon while I was here, and I have to say Holiday Inn has the best staff by far. Friendly faces everywhere, always greeting you, always willing to assist. That kind of service makes all the difference. Already planning to come back. Highly recommend if you want comfort, space, and people who actually care.

Amazing breakfast and close to the beach.

I love everything about this place. Hospitality from staff was unmatched, the room was even more beautiful in person than in pictures. Its so close to the beach, you can see the hills around too. I had the best time. Thank you so much!

We spent 6 wonderful days in this hotel during October 2023. In general we had a great experience in the Princess SeaView Resort and Spa. I would like to share the next aspects of our accommodation in the hotel. 1. The room was clean and sunny. Every day hotel staff cleaned the room and renew 2 drinkable water bottles. The room itself was large enough for comfortable accommodation of 2 adults. The view of the Andaman Sea from our room balcony was astonishing. 2. The hotel had a free every half-hour transfer to and from Karon Beach. It is very convenient when you don't want or don't like to go to the beach on your feet. By the way, we usually walked to the Karon beach by ourselves. Not far from the hotel you can buy different Thai fruits. For instance, mango price was about 40-50 thai baht per 1 kg. 3. We liked buffet breakfast during our stay. It was included in out booking. Every day we had a good choice of different meals during the breakfast. 4. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We always got required answers for our questions.

I had a huge room with a seaview on almost the top floor of the hotel. The view was a little marred with the building in front of it, but still I could see the ocean, which is what I wanted. The room was clean and comfortable, with good AC. I especially appreciated the fact that they had a permanent key card in the electricity slot for the room, which meant the AC would stay running even if I was out of the room, so the room stayed cool. The restaurant was very good for both one dinner and all the breakfast times. The staff there were very nice, as were the front desk clerks. I enjoyed the pools for short periods of time and there were always plenty of chairs available.

A big, convenient room with extra bed for our daughter. Location was super - close to the beach, close to food and shops. The owners are friendly, helpful.

Comfy beds, good sized rooms. Amazing location, I got upgraded to a room with a balcony. 5min walk to the beach. The breakfast smells good but my schedule didn't allow me to try it. Shops and services are walking distance, with a reasonably priced food stand in front of the hotel, and 711 with freshly grilled seafood right across the street. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Free daily beach towel. You can pick them up and drop them off at the reception, just sign in the beach towel book when you take them out.

This hotel is exceptionally clean. Lovely big beds and great aircon...

The room is relatively big with king size bad, big table, clean shower and good view from the window. The hotel has motorbikes, they are fast and almost new. The renting price is regular and it is convenient to rent them right at the hotel.
