location was great, room was roomy and clean and well maintained daily and in house breakfast is a bar none buffet of thai and western goodness to start your day on the right foot.

The room was very spacious and had a very luxury setting. They clean the rooms everyday and you get many amenities in the room. Like speed Wifi, Coffee, Tea, water bottles and many more. They even offered us to use the gym facilities and sauna for free. The hotel had a swimming pool which helped us relax after walking around old town Phuket in the evening. The hotel is close to all the attractions in Old Town Phuket. Even the bus terminal is close by plus the smart bus which travels around the city stops at the hotel. Even the food in the hotel was great.

Amazing stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful, pool area is fantastic and the staff are amazing. Top marks. Ended up extending my stay from 3 nights to 5. Restaurants are very good as well. Even i have checked out and was told I was more than welcome to enjoy the pool and shower facilities until I need to grab my departing flight in the evening. The little touches from housekeeping also i appreciated. Even folding laundry i had left on the floor, room spotless every day. Bed was comfier than my own bed at home. Beautiful shower and bathroom. Bottled drinking water replenished every day. 10/10. Ive already recommended this hotel to my friends and family. Will 100% stay here again. Thankyou

This hotel was the best choice i made on this trip. It's amazing, very clean, very comfortable, large rooms, also the location in the old town is perfect very close to center of the old town you can just walk there it's like 15-20 minutes walk, there is a 7-eleven near by but put in mind it's a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, all the essentials necessities were there, they also provide water in the room which is a huge help, the staff were very friendly and helpful, i wanted to change my room because the view was that of a wall so i asked the reception and they were very quick to search for another room for me, ammie the girl at the reception was very sweet she took me to see the room first to decide if i liked it or wanted another and she gave me an excellent room with an amazing view of the garden, she's an angel, I'm definitely coming back to this hotel again

The breakfast was very nice, and starts early (6:30am) if you have a boat to catch at 8:30am, for example. The room was clean and nice facilities, clean sheets and towels.

The price is an absolute bargain, the stuff was friendly and helpful. And we actually enjoyed the area - great opportunity to dive into the local life.

I travel around SE Asia for work and trying to figure out why I feel so empty inside. I stay at budget friendly hostels and hotels. I was scared this was another bait and switch advert but this hotel was amazing. Bed was soft and comfy, had a topper pad on a soft mattress in a proper frame. The sheets felt new and quality. CLEAN. The room was spacious and furnished with actual use in mind. Had side table for drinks, a mini frig, shelves by the bed with a plug. A nice balcony for drying clothes or taking a breath. The shower had hot water and good pressure. And it looks designed, not just a plain white room. Mixed materials, wood, metal, plaster. Safe was amazing as well. I locked myself out of the building and they came to open the door at 1 am. And then they drove me to the police station when my bike was locked cause I parked illegally. There's a restaurant and cafe in the lobby. It's very professional looking, not a mom and pop set up.

Its amazing that the room was so spacious, perfect for family and friends! Its also in the heart of Old Town. Bonus points for having a 7/11 and a money changer in front of it!
