Spacious room with fridge and air conditioning. Small balcony but it was okay. Very good value, the owner was very helpful and polite. Roof top pool was small but was good to cool down, but for the price it was worth it 7-11, 5 minute walk 15 minutes walk to night market and walking street Construction work across the street, entertainment watching from the pool, couldn't hear any noise from our room

I love the modern concept and the friendliest staff they got there. The room is neat and clean. Any issue happen they shall escalated quickly.

Kim is incredibly accommodating. Although there's no elevator, the staff are happy to carry your luggage upstairs. The place is exceptionally clean and has a warm, homey feel. I highly recommend it.

Unbelievable staff.. Truly remarkable... Unfortunately I still owe the gorgeous and friendly receptionist money due to my own misunderstanding... So specifically going from Vietnam back past coco to fix up the 1 month debt. Lost 6 phones and cards decided to commit suicide before my banks decided not to help. . I will stay again. When going back to Oz.. And take the lovely staff who is also an amazing singer!! To dinner or something of her choice as her help was above and beyond...... I know I'm going to almost have to kidnap her because their nature to accept gifts of gratitude can be challenging. Stay tuned..lol

Everything was just perfect from the front office staff to the house keeping staff. Had a wonderful experience there it felt like home

We are appreciatie to the owner of the hotel and all his team for hospitality! Thanks a lot! It was a great time there! We chose a deluxe room. We liked that it was quait spasy for two of us. The hotel is located in a quiet place. The territory is very clean, the room was cleaned every day. There are many cafes, laundries, massage salons nearby. A store where everything you need is right around the corner, a little further there is a famous 7/11. Yes, the hotel itself is on a hill, you have to climb up, and then climb up some stairs. You have to accept that as a given. But during our stay there, we looked at it as a sports warm-up :) Just keep that in mind when checking in and out, as you have to carry your luggage.

Location and Staff very friendly

I booked for one night before I reached Phuket and I paid.when I reached property they closed reception and left so I have to go back and book another hotel.it was very disappointed also location in very high place same like on mountain even Thai driver can’t find the place easily.my opinion is don’t book here please 🙏

I recently spent 18 days at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were consistently friendly, greeting me warmly every time I came and went. The owner Salvatore was really nice and made an effort to ensure I felt welcome. One of the highlights of staying here was the amazing pizza from the shop downstairs - seriously delicious and great staff! I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others.
