Great view, good AC, soft bed with high quality mattress, delicious food, easy to book a taxi through them to pick us up at the train station and drop us at the homestay, and then a taxi to take us to the pier in the morning.

Warm and helpful host. Beautiful, large, and open shared spaces with views of the lively working river. Unique perspective on Thai life. Great breakfast. Fun location to explore Pak Nam. Great value with bathroom and AC. Loved the cats. Host helped us arrange a Longtail boat into Chumphon which was wonderful.

Amazing location right in front of the sea. Great for watching the sunrise. Big shared pool. The owners are lovely hosts and great bakers! Highly recommended for small groups of friends, couples and families alike.

I stayed here twice, once before getting ferry to Koh Toa and then when I came back. The whole place is beautiful, it's a fabulous design and the place feels like home. The owners wife/husband who run the place could not be anymore gracious and welcoming. Very helpful in everything you need. I actually said to him do you ever day no, his reply, always yes. Great location for getting ferry to the islands.

Only place out of 5 I stayed in on this trip that had consistent, usable hot water!! Place is a little bit dated but has been maintained well. Staff member very helpful and courteous. If in the area I would stay there again
