This is my favorite hotel on Railay. It has a great location - right on West Beach. You are steps away from the beach as well as the road that has restaurants, shops, etc. The villas are very big and nice. I love all of the landscaping as I walk along to my room. Both pools are great and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Sunset views are perfect from the restaurant. Love it!

The activities in the area are great. Railay beach is nice but Phra Nang beach was even better. We were there during off-season so there weren’t many people so it was great for us. However, that meant the bars were rather dead so people who like more of a party nightlife would have found it boring.

No cars, no motorbikes.

No cars, no motorbikes. You can walk everywhere in just a few minutes. Peaceful vibe and plenty of trips you can take to the nearby islands. Great for a few days but 3-4 nights max before it starts to feel overly repetitive.

Great place to get a bit of a break after an active holiday around Thailand. Railay has a pretty good facilities and a huge amount of food choices. If staying at Railay, head out early to the beautiful beaches to make the most of it before they get over run by day trippers during the middle of the day (worse during the European winter).

We loved exploring the small town of Railay Beach.

We loved exploring the small town of Railay Beach. We did most of our exploration during the evening after the day trippers have left. During the day we stayed by the pool at our hotel which was a wonderful day to avoid the crowds. We never had to wait to be seated because the restaurants are big enough to service all of the day-time visitors, so in the evening there's plenty of room to accommodate the people actually staying in Railay. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from. It was quiet, so if you're looking for a bumpin' night life this likely isn't the spot for you. But we wanted quiet and beachy and this fit perfectly. We took a sunset tour of the Hong Islands which was wonderful! It took about 90 minutes to get there by long tail boat, but well worth it. We would have liked more swimming/snorkeling time. So if you want more time to do those kinds of activities in Hong Islands, consider booking the full day or morning tour.

Railay Beach is a gorgeous place to visit on your trip to Thailand, its much more relaxed than most resort areas. Tends to attract quite a few backpackers as there is a good selection of reasonable accommodation. Many people from all over the world and easy to access islands for boat trips daily. You can only get there by boat so has a really nice laid back vibe and the main event is usually the sunsets every evening. The beach is good to watch the stars from after dark. Quite magical.

Really beautiful area with SO much to explore on foot and by boat. Walking street is amazing. Phra Nang beach is gorgeous but a little busy at times. Tonsai beach is worth the walk to get there. Amazing trip we loved it and would absolutely go back. Do a longtail boat tour private to see some islands, take a climbing lesson!

First and foremost, the staff we encountered on our stay were excellent. Always at hand when you needed something. The hotel and location are amazing. The views were stunning. We stayed in the Delux sea and pool view room, and it did not disappoint. If you're looking for a relaxing chilled out place to stay in Railay beach, then look no further than this hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend and book this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

5-10 min walk from East Tailay pier. Best arriving from Ao Nam Mao pier rather than Ao Nang beach. Had a trolley at the bottom to transport your bags up the steep incline to the resort. We had 2 different bangalows. Better paying a bit extra for the deluxe bungalow rather than the standard one. 2 free waters each day. Restaurant food is ok. Enjoyed porridge and fresh fruit for breakfast. Resort feels a bit run-down but it's OK.

Service was incredible. Beautiful room/villa. 3 great pools, the largest great for families the other two are quieter. Wildlife onsite, toucans, monkeys and monitor lizards - all incredible to see. Connected to Railay east (floating pier where we arrived from Phi phi) and Railay west (beautiful beach, long tail boats able to take you to ao nang or elsewhere). Railay walking street nearby with lots of bars and restaurants.

The location is fantastic. Right on Railay beach. The hotel is right on the sand in the west and the pier on the east. The resort itself is ok. Two pools, small, but the one in the middle is calm and often has beds available. The breakfast is extensive and the tables have a great sea view. The rooms are ok, have everything you need just a bit dated.
