We were impressed and very happy with our stay at Chanapha. The apartment was pleasant, the restaurant very nice (which also attracted a lot of ‘international locals’ when we were there) and nice facilities and pool. We loved the location; it is not in the busy touristy area’s like Ao Nang but in a more quiet area near the International school. From there it is really easy to get to the various sightseeing places Krabi has to offer. The beach is also quite close. The best thing though are the owners and staff. George and Deng are amazing hosts and incredibly friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and the chef made us several delicious meals. We had a great time in our week here and can definitely recommend this place. We really hope to come back one day

Can’t recommend this resort enough! We stayed here for 5 nights and it was truly magical. The resort has everything you could wish for in a perfect vacation: a quiet atmosphere, an amazing private beach, delicious Thai food in a chef-level restaurant, clean and spacious rooms, and a great pool. And the cherry on top — the absolutely dreamy staff. They take care of you 24/7 with genuine warmth, and even arranged a temporary room for us before our late flight. The breakfast is fantastic, and the complimentary activities like yoga, kayaking, and more were a great bonus. The area is a bit isolated from the city, but since the resort has everything you need, it was perfect for us. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel!

I absolutely loved the place - it's an amazing natural spot. An ideal location with a wonderful garden, great beach and the privacy. It was very quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too.

The beach is not great.

The beach is not great. The water is murky and shallow, and there is no infrastructure or entertainment nearby. Food and drinks are only available at the neighbouring resorts, and you'll need either cash or a physical bank card to pay. There are also no activities or entertainment options for children.

A quiet area, quite remote with no shops (that I saw) but...

A quiet area, quite remote with no shops (that I saw) but this added to the tranquility of the area. About 50 minutes from the airport, but worth the trip. We could have eaten at other hotels but were happy with the choices at our resort.

The hotel is not 5 star, HOWEVER it is very traditional with...

The hotel is not 5 star, HOWEVER it is very traditional with excellent accommodation, excellent food and excellent service. The beach facilities, sun beds, brollies etc could be improved. The infinity pool and swimming pool are excellent. All clean and tidy, as with the rest of the complex including the rooms.

beautiful beach, friendly staff and site was well maintained. Great organisation for trips and peaceful surroundings. The hotel itself was spotless and looking out onto the sea every morning was amazing. highly recommend we wish we could have stayed longer!

There are not many options to eat, except hotels'...

There are not many options to eat, except hotels' restourants. Food prices are high everywhere. To eat for 2 adults and 1 kid cost you from 1500 THB to 3000 THB. Service fee is including the price despite you didn't like service at all Sea water is not clear so don't bring snorekling masks from home, it's useless TabKaek is far away from shops and taxi service is very expensive, since no public transport available I won't choose TabKaek again

Loved this resort and would easily stay again.

Loved this resort and would easily stay again. It is away from the main touristy areas which was perfect for us but still an easy 30 mins maximum to get to Ao Nang. It is a smaller boutique resort which again is our preference. It may not be as fun for families with younger children as it is a place to chill and relax. Still I went with my teenage daughter and there were enough activities (yoga, Thai boxing, kyaking, paddle boarding, the pool and beach) to keep us both entertained. The staff a lovely, the food is good, the rooms are well appointed. There are extra touches that make you feel special.
