The night shift receptionist lady was very arrogant and not polite . There was a night club full of prostitutes with loud music and troubles .

I loved the old vibe of the hotel, the architecture and the theme. The rooms were spacious, clean and the AC works very well, comfortable sleep. I also liked the activities like water polo, the staff are also friendly, but because of the high number of people they're overloaded. They work without expecting tips, honest hard working people (except only 1 or 2 exceptions) unlike some that only work expecting tips and I'm happy to leave some tip in that case. The food is also good

Staff were amazing. Very patient and kind. All the staff seemed happy to be there and willing to answer any questions. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The entertainment was great. Enjoyed easy access to the beach with snacks and drinks. The pool was clean and well controlled.

Dear Booking.com Team, I recently stayed at one of your listed hotels for a family vacation, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was chaotic, with long queues and disorganized staff. Guests were handed cards to fill out without pens, which only added to the frustration. The lack of network and Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major inconvenience. The dining situation was equally problematic. Both lunch and dinner times were incredibly crowded, and the buffet food ran out quickly, leading to confrontations and long waits. Despite having an all-inclusive package, I had to eat outside the hotel on several occasions because the dining facilities were so poorly managed. This trip felt like a significant waste of money, and the overall quality of the hotel did not meet the standards I expect from your recommendations. Exceptional Hotel, the staff are very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food is delicious. Very great value for money. We will definitively come back !

The staff were amazing many thanks to the reception team Mr souhail for his kind welcoming, mr hedi and youssef 3 of them were nice and helpful. Especially mr souhail he made our stay with his professional and welcoming approach.

Breakfast buffet is very poor, No hospitality from the staff except the girl in the omelette station she was very pleasant and accommodating. The staff in the restaurant including the Maitre d’hotel looks like zombies , have not seen even one server greeting a guest at least once. The cutlery in the buyer line always empty and the silver container is dirty. The dessert station during dinner service is one the poorest I have seen anywhere in the world.

Very nice cozy hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The manager, Mr.Mohamed was really friendly and attentive to all our needs. There is also a restaurant/bar in the hotel and their food was good. Highly recommended if you plan to go to Sousse.

Amazing stay. I was a solo female traveler and was treated right away like VIP. I hot upgraded to prestige room a free massage voucher and from half board to all inclusive. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and have everything you need. Special shout put to Asiz, the customer relation manager who was exceptional making sure you have the best stay The room was clean and big ans there was big variety of food every day and super tasty. I wanted have relaxing vacation and that is exactley what i got I will be definitely returning with friends and family

The animation and the service were exceptional. Everyone was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The Shows in the evenings were great too. Food was good.

I’ve stayed in many great hotels worldwide, but I must say, Jaz Tour Khalef is truly the best. They offer exceptional service, are incredibly clean, have a fantastic atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly cool. I’d definitely choose them again!
